What Happens Next?

1. Check Your Messages + Email
Shortly, you will receive a confirmation text with your appointment details, as well as a Welcome email with our location and a link to your paperwork. If you don’t see it right away, it may just take a couple minutes to arrive on your end.

2. Complete Your New Patient Paperwork
To make your visit smooth and stress-free, please complete your digital paperwork before you arrive. The link will be attached in both our Welcome text and email. It typically takes 5–10 minutes. Easy Peasy.

3. Arrive a Few Minutes Early
If this is your first visit, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early so we can welcome you, give you a quick tour, and get you settled.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Expect a warm, calm environment where you’ll be listened to and cared for. Your first visit includes:

  • A warm welcome from our team

  • A consultation to understand your health goals

  • Any necessary exams or X-rays

  • Your first gentle, specific chiropractic adjustment
